I am a big believer in the human capability for positive change, and I feel that people rarely give themselves the benefit of the doubt when it comes to their ability to grow and progress. Sure, it can be much harder for some than it is for others, but there aren’t many people on this planet who couldn’t be happier through positive mental changes, if only they had the knowledge and self-belief to do so.
There are a lot of things I’m working to change – things I want to understand, as well as things I want to achieve. Here are many of those things. As I grow and gain a better understanding, I’ll update this page to include how I’ve better understood or attained each thing.
